Your plan stays on your device

Your plan (the schemes you chose, your figures, budgets, income log and job-search record) is saved in your browser only. We don’t receive it. You can delete it any time in Settings.

If you sign in with Google

We get your name, email address and Google account ID, and keep you signed in with one cookie for up to 30 days. We need this to provide the service you asked for.

If you ask for reminder emails

We keep your email address, language, country, the schemes you picked and the reminders you chose, with a record of when you signed up and the wording you agreed to. Our legal basis is your consent.

Partner offers are only sent if you tick that box yourself. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes your address and settings.

Anonymous usage statistics

To improve the site we count what happens on it: pages viewed, buttons tapped, steps completed, your country (from the network), device type, the website that sent you and any campaign tags in the link. No cookies, no IP addresses and no identifiers are stored, so this can’t be linked to you. Counts are kept for up to 3 months. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a useful service.

Links to tools

Some links to tools are affiliate links: we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. When you visit a tool’s site, its own privacy notice and cookies apply. We only see how many times a link was clicked.

Who handles the data

The site runs on Cloudflare, which stores sign-in sessions, reminder sign-ups and usage counts for us under a data processing agreement. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use one cookie, only if you sign in, to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@pontia.xyz. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
